On My Mind
Can't say enough about the great professional support we got from Virginia and Michael! Our transfer to the D.C. area was rather fast and within hours of contacting Virginia and Michael, we had a roadmap and plan to find a place. As we were unfamiliar with the area, they toured us around, highlighted the advantages of certain areas, i.e. Metro, local restaurants, etc.. and within a weekend, we had found a condo in Alexandria! I especially appreciate how organized they were - the tour was well planned and they clearly listened to what we were looking for. On top of it, they're just a super nice couple! 🙂

We have now worked with Michael and Virginia at least three times as we have bought and sold, moved overseas, and then moved back. Over the course of 14 years we have been constantly impressed by their integrity and ability to inform our decisions. This move called for a particular set of criteria and time line as we came back into the country and they navigated both with ease. From walking through properties with video cameras, to multiple phone conversations, to copious research, to negotiating home inspections and earnest money deposits, Michael and Virginia made the process as seamless as possible."

“I was the executor for an estate sale and Virginia Amos and Michael Bergin literally took it from a 1981, beat-up, time capsule to a sparkling, move-in ready home. After arranging for the sale of the contents and disposal of what was left over, Virginia and Michael made a detailed list of everything that needed to be repaired, replaced or cleaned and then found all the resources to make it happen. We were able to list it for significantly more than originally planned and had multiple offers after just three days on the market. Virginia and Michael have a clear understanding of the market, a wealth of resources, and the patience and professionalism to bring it all together. I highly recommend Virginia and Michael to anyone who is thinking of listing their property."

I love the process of a house becoming a home. For sellers it is front and center as they prepare to move on, leaving the patina of a lived life, of memories, of personality and choices. For buyers it is about possibility: Office space? Good schools? Outdoor living? A walkable neighborhood?
From a million dollar mansion to a studio apartment, where you call home is fundamental. Your business and your satisfaction is important to me no matter the location or price tag.
